REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of County of Kisii, Kenya. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
